After having worked in a number of roles which included land acquisition and development management positions for UK and overseas companies for the last several years, Joe has since started Lucid Land and Property Limited. Aiming to have communication, trust and collaboration at it's heart. Creating value and minimising costs - economically, socially and towards the environment.

Joe has a passion for property and the urban environment, after studying at UWE Bristol, completing a Property Development and Planning degree, and a masters in Urban Planning & Policy Design at Politecnico Di Milano, Italy. 

 

Random fact about Joe: When younger, he was obsessed by Lego which is probably why he ended up working in property.
